I hope they do because Tobuscus makes the best and funniest Minecraft videos  with his "god dang it!!!" and his random banter they should also bring out a Tobuscus skin in the future packs by the way if you didn't know his gamer tag it is Tobuscus but his friends list is full so you people might have to wait. And toby if you read this would you answer one of my messages or maybe even send me a friend request?

Tobuscus is obnoxious... but some texture packs would be nice.

I really hope they do allow people to mod :l or either put the mods as DLC and make them like 80 mcpoints each and texture packs 100? that would be better then nothing.

Knowing Microsoft they'll prob charge another 20$ for the mods :/

But I want instant house, guns, and for them to come out with their own version of dayz!

Lol guys, I'm almost 100%. sure  he won't read this because he doesn't play minecraft on Xbox so he wouldn't need to look this up, plus he gets hundreds of friend requests a day so doubt he could accept it anyway, but people can dream I guess lol

it would be nice to have creeps and weirdos the elemental creepers alone would make things a lot more interesting (earth creeper go boom in your garden...you'll see why) but i would be more happy with certain texture packs.

I agree that they should make mods a downloadable content pack on the Xbox 360. Ever since I updated to windows 8 I can't play the damn game.. So I hope they do this because I want to play it WITH MODS!

i'm sure they will try to do something eventually but let them worry about updating closer to the PC and fixing the bugs first notch is pretty set on not certifying win 8 for his game though.

i really doubt mods will make it to the xbox version. it would ruin the fluidity of the various worlds combining.

actually they are adding little mods in the new update. For Example (host advantages and turning off pvp)

actualy mods have already made it to the xbox version just not as god mods PC has on xbox you can literally have water, lava, fire, ice & other stuff not origanally meant to be in the game

when people say mods especially like a lot of the youtubers use whether its tobuscus the creatures roosterteeth... they are talking about things like these : www.planetminecraft.com/.../mods -  ie herobrine mod , creeps and weirdos , paintball etc etc.

doubt they will have mods since its against microsofts ToA

well not in that context no..but they could definitely add a title update for the host to enable like "natural disasters" or "elemental creepers" something to that effect with a check box.

Yea I've had both castle miner before I got the xbox minecraft... They're both so boring. And xbox minecraft get boring to play without every block, update, and mod i have on the pc  so I'm just staying faithful, to the pc version.   I only play it on Xbox when I'm charging my laptop.

A lot of people actually just want "mods" like mo animals.i agree I'm tired of seeing cow and sheep all day I miss my alligators and deer lol

4J Studios will never directly copy a mod like Aether, Mo Creatures ect. However, they did say they will look at some of them & take inspiration from them. & if they were to release "mods", the will not be mods, they will be straight out DLC. Microsoft does not allow mods.

i deffinately appriciate minecraft xbla, but what is there truely to do? i have litterally invested more then 500+ hours on this game (xbox version) and the only thing i find entertaning anymore is building calculators and ginormous tape drives that hold hundreds of bits of information and things of this nature due to lack of entertainment with vanilla minecraft. since my computer has decided to litterally go up in smoke and no light at the end of the tunnel per se for a new one, i am forced to drag on this dreaded bland hell of sheer boredom with MC xbla. i can guarantee if things like redpower 2 and ic2 or buildcraft were implemented in to MC xbla, mojang and 4j would double their profit the day the dlc for these modifications are released. all religious pc minecrafters would drop their keyboards and grab controllers. i know i would. excuse my spelling for i am typing this from the app: internet explorer, for xbox :p. cant wait for the 1.2.3 update coming for MC xbla in or near january. keep it up 4j/mojang!

ALSO IF YOU HAVE EvER WANTED TO BUILD HUGE REDSTONE CONTRAPTIONS/STRUCTURES OR ARE INTERESTED IN REDSTONE PERIOD, HIT ME THE F**K UP!! i can build ANY redstone device if i put my mind to it!

yeah i sent a tweet to 4J studios and they said that they are thinking about putting the mods and texture packs in that the people want so if you send them a tweet than i think that they would make a note of the texture packs and mods that the community want to have:)

Sphax craft needs to be a text mojora craft and minewars the textures i use on pc normal defult mincraft gets boreing
