My new phone will not let me log in to xboxlive as it says I am too young but it won't let me buy games or try for free on the computer as I'm not logged in on the phone. All the parental controls say I should be able to do it but it won't let me and the web support can't help. Can anyone help me!!
If your are above 18 years old.
Turn on your XBOX and select settings - then account - then press Promote Child Account
If your not 18, you will need help from your parent(s)
