Maybe they only needed a certain number of users, and once enough people downloaded it they took it down. I'm in the US and downloaded it with no issues... it take a long time to do all 8 sections and is basically an extended version of Kinect voice tuner in your settings... nothing special.

I will tell you this though, because it took quite some time to do all 8 tests, they may have limited downloads because it's a lot of info to process. So it may be available at a later time... who knows 

I have the app I just downloaded it yesterday. It's in the app market place.

seems very strange thats its in the US only. surely this was to aid speech recognition so having worldwide would make sense, if not only to improve english dialects

If you search for it through Xbox.com it comes up and says released yesterday but no where to DL for me (Canadian) but I have a friend in Denmark who's playing it now...?

Seems to be down again because I can't find it.
