IM having problems with anold friend on xbox. He has previously stolen my xbox account and used it but we did get it back and his xbox got banned off xbox live but he has brought a new xbox and is doing it all over again. He is abusing me and my friends and he has modded his about and xbox account. I have called xbox customer support ref: 1170508122. He has a jasper mod ( jtag ) and led and colour mods on his xbox connect. He has a modded account, his avatar is Purple and his account is saying he has played 10 years total time. He is trying to steal my xbox account again. His Gamertag is [MOD EDIT] and he has copied our clan Open in his name to try annoy us. we have deleted him and filed complants and a player review. This has not done anything and nothing has been resolved!
The only thing you can do is file a complaint on the player and block him. The XBLPET will get to him in time.
