Can't modify my payment options or other info

Hi,

There is some error whenever I try to do any kind of changes in my account. A page appears saying...

    Have you checked all the info, payment acct + other, at http://commerce.microsoft.com ?

    If so, suggest you contact a Billing Agent. You can choose Option 1 after finding your country's support line: See http://tinyurl.com/XBLnumbers ...

    but a faster way to speak to a Billing Agent is to go to http://xbox.com - sign in there if you can - then go to http://support.xbox.com/contact-us?xr=footnav#0:2:5

    Click on Request A Call and type in a few lines explaining your issue and you will get called back quicker than if you waited in queue on hold.

    Can you do the changes on www.Xbox.com ?

    That error is from xbox.com, on the console it says "Can't authorize the selected payment option. Please select a different payment option or add a new one." "Enter www.xbox.com/account"

    Hello. I'm having an issue where it doesn't let me modify anything in my account. I want to remove a credit card, but it doesn't let me and on my xbox account it doesn't show any of my friends and I bought a new 12-year subscription, but it doesn't activate it for me. It keeps telling me to update my credit card, but I don't want to. If anything I want to delete it. Please help and respond to me as fast as you can. Thank you.
