Gamerscore Reset Issue - READ HERE - First!

I think I had almost 27000G, now 45.

Pisses me off because I always try to get those cheevos and there were some really hard ones in there.

ive just noticed the same thing that my gamerscore has reset and every game ive put in console comes up with game played on diff console and game or app will reset play saved game on other console.this is the only console ive had and all my achievements will have to be done again but there are going to be some that i wont be able to.All game saved data is still on harddrive and my avatar is not how i last was on xbox any insight to what is going on would be greatly appriciated

I logged into Mass Effect 3 this morning after getting off of work. I had a message saying that I logged onto another console with this name and it was going to reset. It did and I played for a few minutes before I saw that I was unlocking stuff I already had. 4+ years and 50k gamerscone gone.

The problem will be fixed asap - Just going to take some time - this is a system wide problem from the looks at it.

Where is S when you need them - Sleeping on there way into work to look at this ;-)

I had the same problem, last achievement in Bionic Comando, 19k GS reseted :((

Just got off the phone with Xbox, was the second person in a row with the same problem. Sounds like the floodgates are open and someone is going to pay. 5 years and almost 40,000 gamerscore down the drain.. not happy

Just downloaded Fifa 12 update, 2 achievements for 40g (which I already had) rest of the 45k gamerscore I had...gone :(

ME3 froze while loading a level, restarted console and like everyone else it said I had played on another console. Then I unlocked an achievement I already had. Upon further inspection all achievements, game history, and avatar awards reset. Not happy.

Me too. Glad I'm not the only one.

Add me to this list also. I just unlocked an achievement this morning in Ace Combat and I went from over 68k to now 20g. That really sucks.

This happened just now for me. Had about 44,000 achievements and they just reset whilst booting up me3.

It initially said something about it being played on another system (which it cant have been cos it wa just played on mine) then playing galaxy at war it just gave me 4 achievements for a kill, all of which I already had

same thing as everyone else here.

Was playing mass effect 3 and suddenly I only had 40 gamer score... something fishy is going on here

This hit me too. No messages about being loaded on other consoles or anything, but everything looked fine (although I didn't look at my achievements - the icons in the social pane were still there). Just ended by ME3 game for the day, and checked my achievements since I won one a little while ago, and... It is the only one I'm actually getting credit for. Gah!

i have this problem to, started up dragon age 2 and i got a achievment i already got, then i saw that my gamescore whas deleted. how long do we have to wait before is get my old gamerscore back.
