So, ill tell the story. My second account that im still PAYING FOR though i've been unable to use, Rage Problems, has had some sign in problems. It got deleted off my xbox by mistake, and I tried to go recover it, and it said "There is a problem with the credentials you are trying to use" so I thought ok, I'll just go reset the password. I reset the password SUCESSFULLY  and then, I tried recover it again with the new password, but yet it still said the same thing. I then attempted to sign in on: Xbox.com and accounts.live.com and I got the same error saying "Sign-in is blocked" and it said something about someone entering the wrong password too many times. Its been 11 days since i've been on my account, ive called customer support multiple times and ive gotten a million different things like someone said to wait 48 hours then try, i  tried that but still got the same error. one guy told me my account was under investigation but it turned out it wasn't. and then a lady told me there was nothing she could do and told me to make a new account. If someone could help it would be much appreciated. Thanks.
