I have been paying for 2 separate live accounts for over a year without realising it when all i need is the one live xbox account I need for my son; I've been paying all this time for a gold membership for which I had no knowledge; I'm disgusted that this could happen, I have complained and tried to get my money back but without a complaints proceedure what can I do?
I have also been paying for a music pass which was never asked for and now I cant get hold of anyone to cancel it. X-Box live support tell me to go onto Zune - the on line options tell me I have to ring direct and when you ring direct they are not accepting calls and ask you to go on line what a farse - what can I do - I really need to make an official complaint - does anyone know how I can do this.

Have you checked all the info, payment acct + other is current, at http://commerce.microsoft.com ? If so, suggest you contact a Music agent http://support.xbox.com/billing-and-subscriptions/subscription-management/cancel-xbox-music-pass and once that's resolved suggest you contact a Billing Agent.
