Re: Error 80004004 on trying to access game save in Cloud Storage

i was getting a similar error just a few days ago, im not sure if its the same error number 800004004... but i keep getting a similar error... what i do to fix it is turn off my xbox and disconnect my router and modem and try again, and if that fails i connect my xbox directly to my modem, hope that helps.

I am also getting a similar error... still. Are you folks anywhere close to coming up with a fix to this error?

I am having the same exact error. Got disconnected from xbox live, game decided to close since it was using cloud storage to save during a boss fight of course, and then when i got back onto xbox live and tried cloud it gave me Status Code 80004004. Also I tried restarting and reconnecting to xbox live and that did not work.

New development: Restarted xbox again and logged back on to live now cloud works.

Got the exact same error code.

Playing MW3 and xbox live disconnected.

Plugged in the ethernet cable and fired it back up.

Live was okay, but I couldn't access my cloud storage.

Googled the error code 80004004 and it brought me here.

Edit  --  waited 5 minutes (while i was doing this) and restarted. It loaded after the restart.

Got the same error code today when playing Skyrim.

Tried restart and was able to get back in after a couple attempts.

Still getting this error, am seeing it right now :-(

Me too. Can't do anything, even enable cloud storage ;_;

I am getting this error now also, as of the last 15 minutes or so. :-(

What's up with the cloud storage?
