So...after a long wait for xbox chat support, I got on with an agent to work on the problem. After clearing, cache, redownloading gamertags, and a few other things, he determined that my cloud was syncing successfully, however, I was unable to download cloud saves because there cloud system is currently down.
He said it would be up and running shortly, and that should fix things. If you Test your xbox live connection, you should receive a Service alert message right now, and that is in reference to the cloud storage.
So hopefully, we will be up and running soon.
