So...after a long wait for xbox chat support, I got on with an agent to work on the problem.   After clearing, cache, redownloading gamertags, and a few other things, he determined that my cloud was syncing successfully, however, I was unable to download cloud saves because there cloud system is currently down.

He said it would be up and running shortly, and that should fix things.   If you Test your xbox live connection, you should receive a Service alert message right now, and that is in reference to the cloud storage.

So hopefully, we will be up and running soon.

I recently upgraded my HDD to the 120GB so all my saves were put on the cloud (except for some games like Splosion Man which doesn't have a save file for some reason).

Anyways, up until today, my saves were working properly (but this is only the games I've recently played).

Today I tried to play some Pinball FX 2 (a game I haven't played since I put the save on the cloud and changed my HDD) and the sync wouldn't work. I thought it might be something wrong with the game, so I tried Braid and again, the same thing happened.

Any info/help would be greatly appreciated !

I'm having the same exact issue, keep getting this error: "sorry can't connect to your cloud storage. try again in a while"

Good to see I'm not the only one with this problem. Just sucks cause my current ME2 playthrough is only on the cloud...

Yea, I had just bought DLC before I realized this and now I can't use my DLC because I can't access the game save that I had bought it for.
