Hello, I'm German american. And I was playing some Call of duty and I heard some guy say he wanted to put the Berlin Wall up again (East&West Germany) I said to him "Spit Germany again... THANKS" after I said thanks I accidently called him somthing bad because I was angry and offended. I wish I can take that word back because I deserved to never say that! I'm Upset because of this racist wanting to spit Germany again, I did the basic steps file complaint, block, avoid, mute and I've reported him so many times and Can't count and he is still on here.

RACIST, Berlin Wall, West Germany, East Germany

You have done all you can on your end. It takes time for the XBLPET to get to the thousands of complaints they get each day. But rest assured, every complaint is looked at by a human being and taken seriously. The user will be punished.

Hi there Comb! As the other ambassador stated. You have done the necessary steps to get him taken care of. Also, when you say "wanting to spit Germany" Do you actually mean "split"? or is there some German term for "spit" that I'm not aware of? Just wondering.

What my advice is to do is if someone else says things like that and you over hear it, I just mute them, block them, avoid them, and file a complaint if I feel it thou be necessary.

One report is all it takes. If you continue to file complaints against the same user it will look like false reports. Please remember that just because you file a report does not mean they will have action taken against their account. I understand your upset by this but it is up to XBLPET to deal with it now. Just let it go now that you have done those steps and don't let this user keep you from having fun.

Thanks fyer I feel better. about this. I just hate when people talk about Germany like that. I understand we did horrible things in the pass but that doesn't matter now in 2012.
