A little while back I purchased Deck Pack 1 (non-multiplayer version) for Magic: Duels of the Plainswalkers 2013. I downloaded it, but it doesn't show up in my game. It shows up in my download history as already downloaded, and I have tried to re-download it several times but it still is not showing up in-game. Any suggestions? Thanks.

Thanks for getting back to us. Have you purchased any other in-game content for this title? Is that content showing up in-game properly? Some games do require you to unlock the content after purchasing it, either by earning it or spending in-game currency. I'm not super familiar with this title, but see if that's an option in there somewhere. Let us know, thanks!
Thanks again for the response. I've purchased 3 expansions which all showed up immediately. They were all purchased from within the game. The deck pack was purchased from www.wizards.com (the maker of Magic), which I believe brought me to the x-box website marketplace. The deck pack shows up in my download queue and everything, so it knows that I bought it, it just won't show up in the game. Also, I've defeated all the enemies that unlock decks within the game. Unless there is something in the game I have yet to do to unlock these decks, but there is no indication anywhere that this is the case.

No, I tried everything they suggested, but nothing worked. Hopefully you will have better luck.
having same problem, none of the 3 deck packs are showing up I just reinstalled everything after it became a free game
