Bulgaria is not an officially LIVE supported region. That means that whoever is selling those consoles in that country is not an authorized Microsoft retailer. There's always a chance that DLC items and codes that aren't on a disc will not work on your account as they are region locked. Unfortunately, this means that this particular code that you got for this game cannot be redeemed in your country, there's no way around that.
