Read up a little bit and saw that most of the people that are having this problem have outstanding balances or trouble with payment information. However, this is not the case for me.. Just recently bought a 3 month card and tried to redeem it, it recognizes the card but it will not let me add it on the xbox website or on my console. I don't have any credit card information linked to my account as I purchase prepaids when I need gold... Kind of frustrated because I have the 3 month but I'm silver and can't play, would just like this resolved asap.
