hey, im new to xbox, I just bought an xbox 360 today and when i went to redeem the code that i was given for a free one month membership of xbox live gold, an error kept occuring. It said 'can't retrieve information from xbox live. please try again later. status code: 801613FB'
so i went online and typed in the code to see if it would work it said: 'an error has occurred during this transaction. please try again later'
can anyone help me with this?
