the october survey is fine the sept survey was never fixed and the rewards prog prob wont give ppl the 20 points as its got no proof that ppl completed it
Same here, October survey went fine. If the September survey is the only one we dont have credit for over the last so many months, then its obvious our survey was messed up. How much more proof do they need?

Could someone (Mister Fitzer?) please tell us if anything is or isnt going to happen with the September survey situation? Are we going to get compensated for the survey not working or what?
