Where's my 400 MsP?

Can you give some more information? What are the 400 points from? Dashboard promotion, rewards program?

Were you on a gold subscription when you add the 12 months? Has the 12 months actually started yet?

Renewal points are not given until the time actually starts, not from the day you added the time. You do have to be on a gold subscription when you add the time in order to qualify. The time has to actually start during the promotional period in order to receive the double points, otherwise you will recieve the regular offer of 200 points.

I did everything right my points just haven't transferred.

Hi R4inbow:  Your points will be deposited between today and April 15, 2012.  Points are place in your account in the month following the month in which you earned the points, usually around the 15th of the month.  Thanks!
