Hello everyone! Effective today, March 30, 2012
All future Xbox LIVE Rewards inquiries and issues will be addressed by the Gamertag XBLRewards0 (denoted with an X CUL) whom you may contact directly by posting in the new Forum 14, Using Xbox LIVE Rewards.
- The Misters and Misses of the Xbox Forum Support team (denoted with the S CUL) will no longer be part of the official Rewards support process. Miss Henanigans will be hanging her hat and will no longer be the main point of contact for Xbox LIVE Rewards inquiries.
- General program inquiries (not account-specific) may also be directed to @XboxLIVErewards.
- If you send private messages to the Xbox Forum Support agents about Xbox LIVE Rewards, you will simply be instructed to post in Forum 14.
- The Misters and Misses will continue supporting all other Xbox LIVE Promotions. This includes any promotions available online and on the Xbox LIVE Dashboard that are not involved with Xbox LIVE Rewards. This means we’ll still be hanging around Forum 07 now known as “Using Xbox LIVE Promotions or a special offer”.
- Posts made about the Rewards program in Forum 07 will be locked and direction to the Rewards Forum will be provided.
