I believe this has been asked before, but there have been no responses to any of the previously asked questions, so I'll ask it here.
I have my Gold account set up to an automatic monthly renewal, and apparently, with Xbox Rewards, you're supposed to get 10 Microsoft Points for whenever you renew your Gold membership per month. However, I have never seen a single Microsoft Point come out of this for almost the past year I've been a Rewards and monthly Gold renewal member.
Do the Microsoft Points NOT count if you're on automatic renewal or something? Does Microsoft actually expect you to manually renew your membership each month to be eligible to receive them?
