what does this mean? i cant find it anywhere. also when i check my account on netflix it doesnt say my xbox is connected to it and needs an activation code where do i get the code?!?! ive looked everywhere. ive deleted the app, re-downloaded it, tried to sign in and i still get this error code. please help, thanks. im really confused.

R8102-157-3030 is a password error. Reset your password on your account on the Netflix website, or you simply need to reinput .

After that you'll need to re-input the password on your console. Delete the application, clear system cache, and reinstall so it clears off the old password.

Once you run the application, it should ask you for your username/password. Follow the steps for activation from there.

I kept getting the same message today, then I found that your Xbox needs have the Facebook app downloaded, have automatic sign in set up and be signed into the Facebook account used for signing into Netflix. Then when you go to your Netflix app and sign in it should work. Netflix works by sharing information on Facebook so everything you watch will be shared so if you don't like the idea of that then you can change the privacy setting on Facebook itself. Hope this helps.

guys... i've figured it out. The facebook thing works the same way but here is what I did.... After freaking out like we all have because of this error code stuff... I went to settings, went into my games and apps section on my hdd and just completely deleted all things netflix... the entire thing off my hard drive... then cleared my cache. Shut the xbox off and turned it back on, went to app marketplace, redownloaded netflix, installed netflix. DONE!!! problem fixed

The suggestion ABOVE worked perfectly. Deleted Netflix (all things Netflix from Apps) and then I went into the Hard Drive itself and cleared the cache. Restarted my XBox and began the process again, installing Netflix. worked perfectly.

I know for a fact that I put in the correct password at least 12x and still got the error... Then I plugged in my USB Keyboard and entered the information on there, and it mysteriously worked so idk...

I am receiving this same code. the odd thing is I have a family account and my wife can get into Netfix no problem. and I'm the primary on the account! to make matters worse I cant seem to log onto the Netfix website either. Thanks netflix for requiring a login to get to any of your help stuff. well at least i can still watch stuff on her account....

lol, almost forgot to mention there is no passord recovery email making it to my inbox or junk.

Greetings, IonManV! It sounds like you're trying to access Netflix in a few different places. The fact that you can't log in to the Netflix website or the Netflix app on your console could point to a problem with your account overall. I am entering my password 100% correct. I tried deleting all netflix, clearing the cache, turning off, reinstalling. still didn't work. My Netflix works fine on all my other devices and the computer, but refuses to work on my xbox.
