Hey all,

Have been using the Zune Pass on my 360 for a long times with no problem, but suddenly Sunday evening it's decided I can't save songs anymore and keeps deleting them. At first I thought it was a glitch or accident so I went and found most of the songs I had saved again. But when I turned on my 360 Monday morning they were all gone again so I haven't bothered to replace them again. Anyone have any thoughts, it's very frustrating.

Zune Pass on the Xbox only streams music and music videos, I don't think I understand what you mean by "saved songs".

If I marked them as favorites they stayed in my que, so whenever I would open Zune on my xbox they would all still be there. This morning it worked for awhile again, but now they are again gone each time I open zune.

Hey Bull, did anything change around the time frame when you were suddenly unable to use this feature? Did you change any information online, or recover your profile at all?

I never understood the point of marking songs as favorites on the Xbox zune app.... Mine always saves all the songs in my queue until I remove them myself days or weeks down the road.
