Disconnecting from Netflix and asking to Upgrade or sign into Gold Membership account

When I am watching a movie on Netflix it sometimes disconnects me from Netflix and asks to sign into a Gold account or to upgrade.

I have a Gold membership. I usually have to do a internet connection test on the xbox and then I have to sign back in.

Do you know what is going on? I have a direct connect to the internet from the xbox.

  • Hey StreekinXombie - Try to do the following -> Clear your XBOX 360's System Cache: support.xbox.com/.../clear-system-cache.aspx. After that's done then go do the following: My XBOX > System Settings > Memory > Hard Drive > Games > NetFlix > Delete Netflix, Netflix Credentials, and Netflix Title Update #1. After that's done go ahead and go to Video Marketplace > Netflix and re-download it, after it's done downloading and updating, it will ask you enter in your Netflix e-mail/password and log you into Netflix on the console. Hopefully this stops it from disconnecting further. Let us know if that works.
