- Please give the Enforcement Team members ample time to get to your questions, and it can take up to 24 hours or more before you receive an answer. Be aware that the XBLPET are under no obligation to reply.
- Do not send PM's to Enforcement Team members unless instructed to do so. They will not respond to your inquiries.
- Lastly, before you question the validity of any particular ban, please know that your ban may be due to inappropriate behavior on LIVE and by users using the feedback system (it works very well), in which we investigate complaints and take appropriate action if necessary. Or it may be as simple as what is in your profile such as Name, Location, Bio or Motto.
Read this before you create an Xbox LIVE Free account!
If your account has been suspended, you will need to create an Xbox LIVE Free account in order to post in this forum. Hopefully, this will not always be the case. DO NOT create an account with a Gamertag that is offensive or derogatory in any way. If you do, then your question will go unanswered and you run the risk of having your suspension extended for an Xbox.com Forums Terms of Use violation. Please keep it clean.
If you post a question that is answered in this thread it is likely that your post will be deleted and you will simply be referred back here.
What is this forum for?
Questions you may have about any current Xbox LIVE enforcement actions that has been taken against your account for Terms of Use violations. We do not handle issues surrounding billing suspensions or Xbox.com forum suspensions.
Why isn't my post showing up?
All forum posts are moderated before they hit the actual forum. What this means is that when you post it goes into a queue and waits to be looked over and approved by a moderator. So be patient, it'll appear in time. Due to the volume of posts, it may take up to 24 hours for yours to be processed.
It’s been over 24hrs, why don’t I have a reply yet?
Some forum questions are handled outside of public view for your own privacy protection. The way this is done is that the post is deleted and the moderator's reply will be emailed to the account associated with the tag you're posting from.

Your post will also be deleted if it or your gamertag is in violation of forum rules. I was suspended from (X) game! Why?

I was hacked!
If you feel this occurred while your account was compromised and not in your possession, you may open an ‘Unauthorized Access’ case by contacting your local Xbox support number. While we work directly with Support during their investigation, please note that they will make all further contact with you regarding the details and results of their proceedings. We will be unable to assist you in this process.
Be aware that this process may lock your account out for several days, during which time you will be unable to access Xbox LIVE. Additionally, until such time as the Unauthorized Access claim is substantiated, any account suspensions will stand as issued. They will contact us directly with their findings.
My suspension is over today but I still can't log in!
When your suspension is over on a certain date, it will lift at approximately the same time of day that it took effect.
How long am I suspended for?
Suspension lengths can range between 24-hours and two weeks. Typically you can find the suspension end date by attempting to log into the account on the most recently used console. We will not answer questions about when individual suspensions are to be lifted.
