While enjoying the Xbox LIVE service you may occasionally encounter a user who is abusive, has inappropriate profile content, or is otherwise violating the Code of Conduct or Terms of Use. When you run into such a person, we absolutely encourage you to take advantage of Xbox LIVE's built-in complaint system.
However, even if you have used the complaint feature before, you may be wondering how the system actually works. Contrary to popular belief, the complaint system is not automated, and submitting a large volume of complaints (of any variety) against a particular user does not guarantee a suspension. In actuality, every complaint is reviewed by a real human on the Xbox LIVE Policy & Enforcement Team to ensure accuracy and fairness.
