The network connection test fails to connect to my wireless network every time I try to connect, even though it detects the network and says that it's at full strength. After the test fails, the xbox still says I'm connected to the wireless network (there's a tick in the upper corner of the icon) although I can't connect to the internet at all. This also bricks my router - the power light goes red and it can't connect to the internet at all on any device until I select to disconnect from the wireless network on my xbox and reboot the router.
My settings are:
D 0.0.0.0, 0.0.0.0
N <Network Name>
I've got the latest firmware for my router (NetComm NB6W), and I've tried to enable port forwarding, but nothing seems to work. I can connect fine if I use an ethernet connection, but the xbox is usually a fair distance from the router, so it's not really an option.

Reset the network settings on your Xbox 360 console to the defaults. Here's how:

Note If you do not see your wireless network, select Advanced Options. Then selectSpecify Unlisted Network and enter your wireless network name. Next you'll be prompted to choose the security type.
If this solution worked, your console will connect to Xbox LIVE.
