Bonjour,

je viens de faire l'aquisition d'une xbox360 250 go il y a 2 semaines, jusqu'ici tous allait bien quand ce soir je voulus me connecter au xbox live.

Mon instalation est la suivante:

-xbox branchée sur un gigabit switch TP-LINK TL-SG1005D

-ordinateur aussi branché sur le switch

Connexion OK sur l'ordinateur mais pas sur la xbox.

Elle se conecte au réseau mais ne fait pas la liaison a internet avant de se connecter au xboxl ive.

J'ai tester tous les tutoriels ou solutions sur le site Xbox.com/networkhelp sans aucun succes, Je n'ais pas vraimment d'acces a ma livebox(logement chez l'habitant)

j'espère être le plus explicite possible et j'appelle à vos connaissance les plus précieuses.

    Me revoilà après 2 semaines d'absence, je viens de rentrer chez moi et je me suis hâter a tester maconnexion et sa remarche nickel , donc j'avais bien raison pour des raisons climatiques, internet avait planter dans tous mon village mais c revenus a la normal donc c'est bon.

    merci  à  l'équipe du support de m'avoir aider et bonne année a vous.

    moi aussi se me fait la meme chose depuis hier et sa fait environ 1 an et demi que je lai est il mavait jamais fait un truc comme ca :(

    -Connexion internet : filaire-->ethernet

    -J'ai essayer toutes les manipulations présentent sur le site Xbox.com/networkhelp

    -Unpnp:Non

    -Erreur NAT:Non

    -Erreur MTU rencontrée, j'ai fais la suggestion d'aides sans succès.

    -fournisseur d'acces:Orange (livebox).

    Hi Tildral - I noticed you're connected through a switch. Are you able to try connecting directly through your modem? That would allow us to determine if the issue is your ISP, or if it's a networking issue in your home. Let us know if you can, and be sure to let us know the results! :)

    pour répondre a votre question, me brancher directement au modem mefait la meme erreur mais attention j'ai essyer de me connecter autre part et sa a marcher donc j'en conclut que sa viens de la box, pour des raisons climatiques elle est peut etre tombée enj panne je vous tiens au courant.
