My sons xbox keeps giving this status code when connecting to xbox live. Connection tests show everything is fine until we reach the xbox live part then goes straight to this. I have reset everything many times, still nothing. 7days later I am still trying to get an answer. I am not to knowledgeable on this system, would like any help I can get...Thank You
