Sorry to be the barer of bad new, this is an emerging issue. Please contant xbox customer support so they can escelate your issue, to a specialist team. there is no current fix for this issue. Xbox is aware of it. there are about a string of two or three other Status codes that have similar issue attached to them.
Only Troubleshooting steps you can do is delete your profile if it is in the storage, clear the system cache, delete andy marketplace sytem dats (found in system items in storage/memory), restart console and try to recover if that does not work then please try to change the Password on your account at xbox.com to see if by updating your profile information it recognizes the change. if that does not work call into support to have your issue escelated.
