i've cleared my system cashe and deleted my profile. all my proofs are updated, i have 3 listed. i've filled out the reste password form
and reset my password. i updated my proofs again. once all that was done i redownloaded my profile and im still getting signed out of xbox
live. what do i need to do to fix this?
iv only heard of this problem once, and it was in the xbox live beta, if you are in the beta (if there is one going at the moment) post in the beta forums. also this error code is not listed on the xbox website.

I spent over an hour on the phone with an Xbox tech going over all the things I listed and no luck with any of it.

My problem has been turned over to a Microsoft specialist. I was told its a problem with my Microsoft account.
Same here told me they will contact me within 3 days. Only thing we didn't do is wipe hard drive. I can make another account but ill loose everything if I do
I was told it could be up to 12 days...I really hope it doesn't come down to making a new profile.

We live in Hawaii and suddenly started having the same issue today. My husband is able to log in fine but then I get this error and it kicks him from live too. Let us know what you hear!

I'm on the phone with people from support now. They have no clue what this is. They've never seen it before and aren't able to help. Not their fault of course, but still. This forum seemed to find an answer though. Not sure if it works or not though, and you'll need a second Xbox. Hope it helps!
