Service interruption

You have a lost credit card on file for auto payment.  I no longer wish to use ANY card.  I buy an X Box Live pre paid card.  I have around 10 or 11 months left since I used that card.  I can't access my account.  Even getting a code from X Box will not get me to where I can get help.  I get You found a glitch!  Why was my pre paid card dumped?  Keep it simple, I'm an old geezer.

    Never post your personal information on a public forum. This sounds like a billing issue that you need to contactphone support about forums.xbox.com/.../964344.aspx you can find the number to support in your country by following the link provided
