You cant us pre paid token also what I URGE all of you to do is wen u use a Credit Card make sure all the info is right as it is in ur bank account , so if u live in a appartment make sure ur bank has it "Apt 69" or "# 69" ect ect... also if u have a middle initial in ur card make sure u place it on the account info.

"there crap [sic]" works just fine, you know darn well Microsoft wants to take your money. Seems that there is a clearinghouse (you may have seen one in the news a few weeks ago, they were compromised and a lot of people had to get new credit cards issued) that is flagging purchases to Xbox as being fraudulent. Not Xbox's fault, not the bank's fault. Just a royal pain in the tush.
Have you checked all the info, payment acct + other is current, at http://commerce.microsoft.com ? If so, suggest you contact a Billing Agent. You can choose Option 1 after finding your country's support line: See http://tinyurl.com/XBLnumbers ... but a faster way to speak to a Billing Agent is to go to http://xbox.com - sign in there if you can - then go to http://support.xbox.com/contact-us?xr=footnav#0:2:5 Click on Request A Call and type in a few lines explaining your issue and you will get called back quicker than if you waited in queue on hold.
