ERROR CODE 80090304

WHEN TRYING TO DOWNLOAD A MOVIE FROM ZUNE, KEEP GETTING THIS ERROR CODE. WENT ON TO THE XBOX HELP FORUM WHERE THEY TOLD ME TO DELETE LICENCES AND GO TO DOWNLOAD HISTORY TO REPLAY THE MOVIE. NOW I FIND THE LICENCE HAS EXPIRIED! EVEN THO IT EXPIRED TODAY AND I BOUGHT IT TODAY! I WANT MY POINTS BACK!!!!!

    I too am having this same issue and was prompted to xbox support where it said authentication required: username and password.  I have entered every possible answer (email/gamertag and my ONLY password) and still can't get to the support!

    I am having the same issue in Australia, now I cannot stream it again, each time I try to it says I have already downloaded this in the last 24 hours so I cannot, so much for having a movie night at mine, thanks xbox, and give my points back now!

    What number can i call from Australia for help?

    POSSIBLE SOLUTION: Delete the movie file. Clear system cache. Restart console. Redownload content.

     

    to clear the cache go to settings > system > storage > highlight your hardrive or storage unit and then press Y. This should give you the option to clear system cache

    Hello, I'm getting this same error code when i try to log into my xbox live account. It asks me to log in with my email and password (the same ones i just logged on here with) then it gives me this code. Any help would be great because I'm clueless.

    If you are renting movies, then this will happen. This should not happen if yuo aer purchasing content. Call support about any possible reimbursement. Ambassadors will not be able to help with any kind of refunds.

    18004MYXBOX, talk a LIVE agent. If you call Billing, they will transfer you to LIVE department, dont waste time selecting billing.

    Ok so I'm just trying to sign in to my profile and it will not let me. It asks for my email and password and when I put it in it says there is an error. I have tried disconnecting and reconnecting but it's not working. This is really frustrating can anyone help?
