Comcast customers can't connect to Xbox Live (8015190B or 80151909)

Hey guys. I was getting 8015190B/80151909 when trying to connect to XBL. Contacted support, turns out this is a widespread Comcast issue. Can anyone confirm this?

    I work for comcast in michigan its an intermit. problem it's only in certain areas that its happening in like here only certain nodes are going out its a signal issue they do signal repairs twice a year once in spring and once in the fall because frequency's fluxuate so it may take a few hours to get working fully so you may be able to get here and there but its hit or miss right now.

    I have Comcast but I get the 8015190E error code. Would this fall under the same issue?
