Hello, I cannot turn off auto-rewenal. It just gives me and errror screen after i click save changes and then all i can do it click don't save. Xbox chat is not available and i cannot get any ambassadors on the chat either. I would like to avoid having to call...
Any help would be appreciated.
To turn off auto-rewenal please follow these steps:
The recommended option for canceling your Xbox LIVE Gold Membership is to turn off automatic renewal. With automatic renewal “off,” your membership will expire at the end of its term. To do this:
Important: If you turn off auto-renewal, your Xbox LIVE Gold Membership will expire at the end of your paid membership time. Until then, you can continue to enjoy all the benefits of Xbox LIVE membership.
Note: If you would like to immediately cancel/disable your Xbox LIVE Gold Membership, please contact Xbox Support using the Assistance information at the bottom of this page. From the contact us page, use the Request a Call from Support option. You cannot cancel your account through chat or email. Immediately disabling your account will forfeit the remaining time on your membership.
Note If you are on a 2 Year Xbox LIVE Gold Contract, and it is before the end of the two years, you are effectively canceling the subscription and will be charged an Early Termination Fee and any applicable taxes. At the end of your two-year agreement, your account will not be renewed automatically. Auto-renewal is not activated to renew your subscription when the contract ends.
If that doesn't fix the problem, please inform us the error message or code.

A paying costumer should be given easy access to solve problems about his balance and actions regarding payments.
But I have been put off by the difficulty to find a way to cancel my renewal 3 times now... exactly what Xbox live wants I guess. But X box also forgets that there are regulations, and is not enough to put a ghost link to fill the loop hole..

They are charging me for something I don't want, My gold account doesn't end until april and they are trying to charge me for another 3 months. I turned off auto-renewal before but I guess they turned it back on. I want a refund for the money they have taken off my card for a service I did not approve of and nobody is willing to help me, not even the enforcement team.
