I called support last night and they td me to pose my question here. My email on my account is wrong it ends in dot com when it should end in dot net. I don't remember my password so I can't access my account. I did the survey to change my password but they told me to contact my ISP. There is nothing they can do. I don't know what to do now.

  • Please go to, fill in in that questionnaire and SAVE THE EMAILS SENT TO YOU

    If that does not result in a password reset, contact Support (1-800-4MY-XBOX Option 2 in the US et Canada) and provide them with the Console ID number from Settings | System | Console Settings | System Info (it's on the 2nd line) and the reference number from the email sent to you, and have them submit a UE Request.

    However, it is faster to have the Agent call you by going to (and if you're not in the US, replace that with your country code, e.g., CA for Canada).
