disconnecting from xbox live

My xbox 360s is having issues staying connected to xbox live,  live parties, and get lag while trying to play multiplayer borderlands 2.  i also have problems streaming content from my media center pc.  i dont believe its my internet because my 2 other xbox have no issues.  i even traded out the 360s with my spare xbox to rule out network cables. everything runs fine at that location except on the 360s.  all xbox are hardwire connected.  no wifi.  im wondering if it could be the network plug on the 360s.  i run a network test and get the bellow error status report.  comcast internet router gateway.

If you can’t join an Xbox LIVE party, try the following solutions.

Solution 1: Have everyone in the party test their Xbox LIVE connection

Someone in your party might have a Network Address Translation (NAT) problem. To find out, have everyone test their connection. Here’s how:

    1. Press the Guide button on your controller, go to Settings, and then select System Settings.
    2. Select Network Settings.
    3. Select Wired Network or your wireless network name (if you are prompted to do so).
    4. Select Test Xbox LIVE Connection.

A NAT warning appears as a yellow exclamation point:

If someone has a NAT warning: Have your friend try the solutions in the following article: Error: Your NAT type is set to strict (or moderate).

Solution 2: Use a broadband connection

You might experience problems joining parties if you are using a satellite connection or a 4G mobile broadband connection. We recommend using a broadband cable, DSL, or fiber Internet connection.
