okay I've called xbox support went to live.Xbox.com reset my passcode updated my payment method deleted my account and wasn't able to retrieve my account back, I digress is there anything box support crew can do

The solution from the thread suggest you to use a gold member card (preferably the 48 trial version) through Xbox.com. Once the code is entered , turn on your Xbox and download your profile. A handful of people said the method works for them.
